The location here is great, just a hop away from Minneapolis. I walked into a cool room with two beds, which was a nice touch 👍. The staff were friendly and really looked after me.

There was a bed
There was a used condom in the drawer, blood on the pillow, stains on the sheets, cobwebs all over room, and sticky carpet. We received no apology and they never offered a different room or offered to clean it. Only gave clean sheets which we had to walk downstairs to get

The hotel was a nice base for exploring Burnsville. Its location, around a 10-15 minutes' walk from an arts theater, was convenient. Additionally, being close to a truck stop and the Mall of America was a plus.

Main light switch had a short, looks like someone had tried it pull it off the wall Breakfast was coffee and juice only, and no one told us about it

Wonderful stay, as always. Excellent staff. A wide range of facilities such as central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave. Particularly good, comfy location to the Minneapolis area. Just next door to all the shopping spots, eating options, and the Mall of America.

Was suppose to have a king size bed according to what the site showed.It also showed we were suppose to have a couch in our room which wasnt there.

The room was beautifully designed and large - really enjoyed the clean bathroom. The continental breakfast had lots of food. The location was favourable for traveling around Burnsville, just off Burnsville, MN, and the Mall of America. It also was close to eating options. I stayed at this hotel for weekend, it was a comfortable stay.

Room was clean. Was ok.
No stopper in bathtub. Booked a single room. The room we got used to be a double they removed the bed but left headboard attached to the wall. Big empty space. Could have put a small couch or a couple of chairs in the space. Needed seating.
